PLAYBACK FEST 2024
A Brand identity for a Lithuanian music festival. Most genres contain rap, hip-hop, trap music. The idea for this type of style was born mainly because the city where the festival was held at in Klaipėda, a sea town.
Challenge
A upcoming festival, where music artists will be performing, workshops will be held is being organized. However, to announce this event it needs a brand identity representing that perfectly.
Results
Project was done with a complete brand identity for this event, basically from scratch. Works as such were done: event flyers, posts, workshop & artists visuals for social media, a logo in regards to the festival's identity.
The festival was filled with complete entertainment: from Lithuania's most known musical artists, DJs, workshops, a BMX & Skate best trick contest, tastiest foods, and a grand after-party to close the event with a bang.
Success was an understatement for this event, as it brought over 30 of the biggest countries' artists & creatives, was regarded as one of the biggest rap/trap/hip hop festivals in the nation and definitely the hottest of Summer '24. It also brought guest celebrities, influencers, and notable people.

Process
Planning & Strategy: Before we sat down with the organizer and owner of this brand's event, we already talked about the vision of how the visuals should represent the city to its full extent. A great inspiration was bright, saturated visuals; we also looked at what other countries were doing.
Structure: For the structure, with the city as the most important part, the visuals needed to represent exactly that.
Design: Before a concrete visual came into the picture, rough drafts were already being done with a structure in mind: what could be represented in it, how the colors should look, and how artists would be portrayed.
Development & Delivery: As the visuals for social media were more important, those were handed off first, followed by the print flyers for the event.
Conclusion
Brand identity for the festival was done successfully, attracting not just the eyes of the organizers but also the artists, and a huge audience, making it a big event success.
